Barnardos are here to help children and young people feel safer, happier, healthier and more hopeful – and have somewhere they feel they belong.
Whether you are a Parent or Carer, a young person or you are interested in fostering or adoption, you can search for help on the Barnardos website here.
The Emotional Wellbeing Hub provides information, advice, and guidance to families and young people in East and West Suffolk, who are worried about the mental health of a child or young person aged 0-25 years, or if you're a young person experiencing emotional wellbeing difficulties. You can make a referral to the Emotional Wellbeing Hub to access CAMHS (Children and Adolescence Mental Health Services).

This service can be found here provides the healthy child programme. The programme supports families from pregnancy up to children aged five.
NHS GP services include how to find and register with a local GP and how to book an appointment. You can find a GP here by simply entering your postcode.
