Parents and Families

In ASSET schools parents and families are encouraged to participate in school life at every level.

Our schools offer a range of opportunities to support your child’s learning from Stay and Play sessions and reading 'cafés' to parent forums, PTFAs and parent governor roles.

We also work hard to create opportunities for our parents and families. We understand that when children are small families can need support, and we’ve put together our family support directory to signpost sources of support. 

Having a young family can also be a time to reassess your own career and direction. We have partnered with West Suffolk College to offer adult learning opportunities, and offer a range of work experience and volunteering opportunities for those thinking about a career in education of with children.
